The estimated delivery times and shipping costs are based on your location and the weight of the products you buy. For a preview of the shipping cost, add your desired products to the cart and fill in your postcode/country. The appropriate fee will be calculated.

Regular Shipping:

We send our products with the Dutch postal service (PostNL), or DPD, depending on the location.

You’ll receive a tracking code for your package by email as soon as it receives a first scan at the post office. This email sometimes ends up in your spam, so make sure to check there as well.

Budget Shipping:

This shipping method uses your country’s national post service, and is only available for small, lightweight products that fit in an envelope. It can take up to 4 weeks to be delivered, although for many destinations it is often faster. We cannot give you a precise delivery time for the budget shipping method.

Gratis verzending binnen de EU voor retailbestellingen boven de 100€.

We do our best to ship your order out as soon as possible. Retail orders placed before 2pm will be shipped out the same day,  Monday-Friday.

* Shipping within Europe: 3-20 business days

* Worldwide shipping: 6-30 business days

Shipping time is not within our control. We cannot be held responsible for delays and/or damages caused by the shipping company or customs clearance. Due to the global pandemic, shipping prices and duration are changing every day. As such, we cannot give you any guarantees regarding shipping time.

*Customers outside the EU please note : all our shipments are sent DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid), customers outside of the EU might be required to pay customs fees or duties when receiving their package. Some countries also restrict the importation of seeds and plants. We do not know the regulations in your own country, please get in touch with your local customs office for information.

Na je aankoop heb je het recht om je items binnen 30 dagen na levering te retourneren, zolang de producten niet zijn gebruikt en nog in de originele, intacte en verkoopbare staat zijn.

Wil je items retourneren? Stuur ons dan eerst een e-mail, zodat we weten dat we je retourpakket kunnen verwachten en je het juiste retouradres kunnen geven.

De producten moeten met alle accessoires en in de originele staat en verpakking worden teruggestuurd. Je bent zelf verantwoordelijk voor het onbeschadigd retourneren van de goederen, dus zorg ervoor dat ze goed verpakt zijn voor de terugreis. Bewaar je verzendbewijs en track & trace-code totdat wij het pakket hebben ontvangen.

De verzendkosten voor het retourneren zijn voor jouw rekening. Je terugbetaling wordt zo snel mogelijk verwerkt, binnen 7 dagen nadat we de geretourneerde items hebben ontvangen en gecontroleerd om te bevestigen dat ze compleet en onbeschadigd zijn.

Wettelijk herroepingsrecht voor EU-consumenten

Ben je een EU-consument? Dan heb je daarnaast het wettelijke recht om je aankoop binnen 14 dagen na levering te herroepen.

Je kunt de knop hieronder gebruiken om je retour of herroeping online aan te melden. Nadat je het formulier hebt ingediend, ontvangen wij je verzoek per e-mail en sturen we je de juiste retourinstructies, net zoals bij een normale retour.
